Knotbook is free and works without an account. Your whole workspace, including pages, databases, files, comments and KnotAI history, lives in one portable .knotb file on your device. Pro adds local AI, database relations and rollups, synced blocks, PDF import and editing, the graph view and larger live sessions. It costs ₹2,999 once, unlocks Pro on 3 devices (Free keeps working on any number) and is not a subscription.

Payment is handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Your licence key appears under Licenses a few seconds after payment.
How buying works
- Sign in or create an account, then click Buy Knotbook Pro.
- Pay ₹2,999 in the Razorpay window.
- Copy your licence key from Licenses.
- In Knotbook, open Settings, then Knotbook Pro, paste the key and click Activate.
Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the licence. Pro features added in later versions are included.
How many devices can I use it on?
Pro features run on 3 devices per licence, and you can deactivate a device from Licenses at any time to free its slot. The free app works on any number of devices.
What do you store about me?
Your account, your licence key and which devices it is active on. Your workspace file, with its notes, PDFs, comments and KnotAI conversations, stays on your computer.
Does Spyxpo see my email?
No. Email is stored on your computer, and Knotbook connects directly to Google, Microsoft or your mail provider. Passwords and sign-in tokens are encrypted with a key kept in your operating system's keychain, or in a local key file where no keychain is available, which Settings tells you about. KnotAI reads mail on your computer. Nothing from your mailbox is sent to Spyxpo.
Which email providers work?
Any provider that offers IMAP and SMTP, using an app password: Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho and others. One-click sign-in with Google and Microsoft, which Outlook.com accounts need, is coming in a later update. Free includes 2 accounts and Pro includes 10.
Can I get a refund?
No. Every purchase is final and non-refundable once it is complete, so try the free app first. If a payment went through but no licence arrived, email support@spyxpo.com and we will sort it out. The terms and conditions have the full policy.
